The operation does not work normally.

Problem Action

The power suddenly turned off. • Is the Timers set?

• Check the power control settings. Power interrupted.

I see a white screen. • Do you have any video files waiting to be played?

• Check if the video playback has been paused. Run the My Media app

and play the video again.

The screen stays transparent. • Check whether the door has been closed properly.

The proximity sensor operates even when

there is no person around.

• The proximity sensor may operate when there are foreign substances

like dust, etc. in your installation environment.

• Change the Signage Setup > Proximity Sensitivity value from High to

Mid or Low.

Screen is dimmer than before • When Cooler Temperature Controller is Off, Temperature is increased,

so screen is dimmed for protect Product.

• Check whether the door has been closed properly.

Fridge does not operate • Power plug may be unplugged from the electric outlet.

- Plug it in securely.

Fridge Compartment Temperature too

• Temperature control not set on proper position.

- Refer to Temperature Control section.

• Appliance is placed close to heat source.

• Warm weather-frequent door openings.

• Door left open for a long time.

Vibration or Rattling or Abnormal Noise • The floor on which the fridge is installed may be uneven or the fridge

may be unstable.

• Unnecessary objects placed in the back side of the fridge.

Moisture forms on Cabinet Surface • This phenomenon is likely to occur in a wet space. Wipe it with a dry

towel.

Moisture collects inside • Too frequent or too long door openings.

- In humid weather, air carries moisture into fridge when doors are

opened.

Fridge has odor • Foods with strong odors should be tightly covered or wrapped.

• Check for spoiled food.

• Interior needs cleaning. Refer to CLEANING section.

Door not closing properly • Fridge is not level.

• The floor on which the fridge is installed may be uneven or the fridge

may be unstable.

The proximity sensor does not work. • Sensor data is ignored, when object are in front of product during 1

minutes. But object is not during 1minutes, Sensor is starting work.
