Choose medium sized potatoes 170 -200g.

Wash and dry potatoes. Pierce the potatoes several times

with a fork. Place the potatoes on the low rack on the metal tray

and glass tray. Adjust weight and press start.

After cooking, remove the potatoes from the oven.

Let stand covered with foil for 5 minutes.

CAUTION: The grill and surrounding oven will get

very HOT. Use oven gloves.

Place rice and boiling water with 1/4 to 1 teaspoon salt in a deep

and large bowl.

Adjust weight and press start.

After cooking, stir and let stand covered for 5 minutes or until

water is absorbed.

Place pasta and boiling water with 1/4 to 1 teaspoon salt in a deep

and large bowl.

Adjust weight and press start.

After cooking, stir and let stand for 1 - 2 minutes.

Rinse pasta with cold water.
